A “Tourism Quality” plan has been started during the inter-ministerial committee on September 9th 2003. In order to improve the image of France, to develop the French tourist offer and job opportunities, and to create wealth, quality has become the priority of the whole tourist players, federated by the State.

Since June 2006, Villeneuve-Loubet Tourism Office has committed itself in a process to obtain the “Tourism Quality” label, with the object to guarantee quality reception services to the visitors.

To get the label is the right gratitude for the Tourism Office team’s commitment these years. We must remind that the Tourism Office has been awarded 3 years running by the “Etoiles de l’Accueil” given by Maison de la France - among these awards, the special jury prize in 2004.

With Mandelieu and Théoule, we were part of the first three offices in the Alpes-Maritimes to get this decoration, followed by Antibes and La Colle-sur-Loup. Seventeen other offices had been audited in 2008 in order to federate the whole tourism professionals on French Riviera with this process.
