The Marina is a real landmark which symbolizes the presence of Villeneuve-Loubet on the Riviera. It is also a very remarkable architectural creating which become a part of the landscape, taking the shape of  huge white waves.

A vacation centre

The project dates from the 1960’s, when the leisure society was reaching its peak on the French Riviera. The building spread over a 25 years period !
Nowadays, the Marina and its harbour represent 40 acres of restaurants and shops, the 4 large pyramids totalling nearly 1500 flats.
Marina Baie des Anges has become a very famous holiday resort.

Guided tours - in french - are available at the Tourist Office, these enable you to better understand the original architecture, and get to know the strange story of the construction as well as to discover the vast gardens.
